A: 1. For technical training on adjustment and operation of the equipment at abroad, the seller shall send technicians to the buyer's factory while the buyer shall be charged for such service cost including round-air ticket, boarding & lodgings, visa feeas well as daily service fee of USD80.00.
2. For damaged spare parts resulting from quality problem, the seller shall supply the buyer free of charge for replacements within the guaranty period. Otherwise, the buyer shall buy parts at own expenses.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment term: 50% of total value to be paid by T/T as down payment, and the 50% balance payment to be paid prior before shipment.
